Hi !
It's pretty clear, is November now. But I'd like to write about something what happened in September.
In September in Wroclaw was the 'Narodowe Czytanie'. It means 'National Reading'. This is a one day in a year when everybody's reading. This time people read Henryk's Sienkiewicz books ('Potop', 'Ogniem i mieczem', 'Pan Wolodyjowski).
I was a volunteer on 'Narodowe Czytanie'. With my friends from our school we helped our Polish teacher in the Botanic Garden. We asked people about characters from the books and we gave them prizes. Each others had different puzles, were in costumes or read. In the Botanic Garden also were painters, fencing show and photographers.
It was a very nice day beacuse was a beautiful weather, I spent time with my friends and I met new people. I think the 'Narodowe Czytanie' is very important beacuse we can know our national writers, thier books and poems. We will remember about polish culture and we'll can share it with anothers, as I do this now ;)
